Facilities Assistant, Blantyre, Salary Up to £32,000 per annum

An experienced Facilities Assistant is required to join a leading FM company, based in Blantyre. The Facilities Assistant will handle all planned and reactive maintenance across the premises working with an onsite facilities team.
Facilities Assistant will receive:
• Starting salary of up to £32,000
• Excellent company pension scheme.

Facilities Assistant daily duties include:
• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance.
• Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.
• Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
• Water hygiene tasks including water temperature monitoring, TMV servicing and weekly flushing of outlets.
• Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.
