Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized service plans.
Provide counseling and support to clients facing a variety of social challenges.
Advocate for clients to access community resources and services.
Collaborate with healthcare providers, schools, and other agencies to coordinate care.
Maintain detailed case records and documentation in accordance with agency policies.
Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and needs.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in social work.
Current licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Cultural competency and sensitivity to diverse populations.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £22.51
