We are working with a leading, modern Legal 500 law firm with over 25 years of expertise in debt recovery litigation, who are looking to strengthen their Finance Recovery Team in both Wigan and Liverpool.

Finance: Acting for clients ranging from SMEs to leading UK credit and car finance providers.
Local Authority: Supporting over 85 councils across England & Wales in recovering unpaid business rates, council tax, and handling complex cases.
Housing: Representing some of the UK’s largest accommodation providers in the private rental, student, and Build to Rent sectors.
The Role
They are seeking a solicitor or experienced litigator to join the Finance Recoveries Team. This role offers the chance to work with a strong national client base on a diverse caseload of commercial litigation and debt recovery matters.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in commercial litigation
Strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
Background in debt recovery and enforcement methods
Ability to manage and prioritise a varied caseload under deadlines
Experience in handling complex, litigated matters (independently or in support)
Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach
