Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
The main duties will include:
• Keyholder responsibilities.
• Health & Safety Checks for legionella, emergency alarms & lighting (tailored training will be provided)
• Day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
• Ensuring the building and grounds are secure when not in use.
• Ensuring that the school premises are well maintained.
• Stock Control to maintain an effective site service.
• Porterage.

The ideal candidate will:
• Be committed, enthusiastic and enjoy working as part of the team.
• Have a friendly, caring disposition; showing a genuine interest in education of young children and being empathetic to individual needs.
Previous experience in a similar setting would be great but isn’t essential as full training will be given, and the right DIY skills, motivation, and personal qualities are just as important.
This role is ideal for somebody with skills in maintenance, DIY and health and safety, looking for a new role that makes a real difference to children’s lives and futures.
You will be quality focused, efficient, able to work at pace, and motivated to help us provide a safe, caring environment where every child can thrive.
