Randstad is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a child in a welcoming primary school in L4, Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in a young learner's life!
About the Role
This full-time position offers an immediate start and is initially until December 2025, with a strong likelihood of extension. The role involves providing tailored support to a child with SEN.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering individualized learning support.
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborating with teachers and other support staff.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress.
Qualifications and Experience
- Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification (essential).
- Proven experience supporting children with SEN (essential).
- A passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
