SEN Teaching Assistants - Ad-Hoc, Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities
Location: SEN College, Coventry Start Date: Immediate Contract Type: Flexible Supply | Temp-to-Perm Opportunities Available
An established SEN college in Coventry is currently seeking Teaching Assistants to support learners with special educational needs across a range of flexible placements. We have ad-hoc, part-time, and full-time gaps available, with potential temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates.
This is an ideal role for individuals with a background in social care who are looking to transition into education, or for experienced SEN support staff seeking flexible work in a rewarding environment.
Key Requirements:
- Experience supporting children or adults with SEN
- Minimum of 2 years' UK-based experience in either education or social care
- Able to provide two years' worth of references based on relevant experience
- A compassionate, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting learners
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
