Salary: £12.99 - £13.89 per hour (£23,210 - £24,818 actual salary, depending on qualifications)
£1,000 Welcome Bonus
Hours: 40 per week | Term Time Only
Start: 8:15am | Finish: Mon-Wed 4:45pm, Thu 5:00pm, Fri 4:00pm

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our committed team at a specialist school in Effingham, Surrey. You'll be working with students aged 11-16 who are autistic and may also have additional behavioural, communication, or learning needs.
What You'll Be Doing:-
Supporting classroom teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons

Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being

Adapting to and managing challenging situations with empathy and resilience

Helping students develop independence and life skills

Preparing and setting up classroom materials and resources
