We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant in Crawley to provide vital support and guidance to students, helping them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities-
Classroom Support: Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons and prepare materials and resources.

Student Assistance: Provide personalized one-on-one and group support to build students' confidence, encourage teamwork, and help them overcome learning challenges.

Positive Learning Environment: Help create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels supported and valued.

Progress Tracking: Monitor student progress and share valuable feedback with teachers and parents.

Hours: 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, allowing time for morning preparation and end-of-day organization.

Experience: Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is required.
