HLTA - Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Location: NG20. Commute from Mansfield, Warsop and Shirebrook areas.
Day Rate: £115 - 130
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: September 2025. Immediate for the right candidate.
Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm

Long Term Futures are looking for a passionate and skilled HLTA to join a welcoming primary school in Mansfield. This is an exciting full-time opportunity to support young learners delivering interventions, covering classes, and helping to drive pupil progress in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, curriculum-linked activities.
- Plan and deliver small group interventions in Phonics, Early Maths, English, and Social & Emotional development.
- Step in to cover classes where needed, maintaining consistent routines and behaviour expectations.
- Providing targeted support to pupils across a range of abilities and needs
- Fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Assisting in the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress and development

We're Looking For:
- HLTA status (Level 4 desirable but not essential)
- A genuine passion for supporting young learners
- Adaptability, reliability, and strong classroom management
- Positive behaviour management strategies and a proactive, team-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and pupils.
