We are actively building a portfolio of outstanding SEN Teachers to support our schools with both current and upcoming roles. Whether you're looking for long-term placements, short-term cover, or day-to-day work, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to the needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD
- Develop and adapt lesson plans and learning materials to meet individual learning styles and EHCPs.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and valued.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Proven experience teaching children with special educational needs
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A genuine passion for supporting pupils with diverse needs
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
