About the Role
As a HLTA, you will:
· Support the teaching and learning of pupils across the primary age range (EYFS-KS2)
· Lead small group interventions and cover whole class teaching when required
· Work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive learning
· Help assess pupils progress and contribute to their development
About You
Were looking for someone who:
· Holds HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience)
· Has experience working in a primary school setting
· Is confident in delivering lessons and managing a classroom environment
· Is flexible, proactive, and committed to the success of every child
· Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
