About the Role: Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Location: Highly regarded primary school in north Liverpool, just 10 minutes from the city centre with excellent transport connections

Duration: Full-time, term-time role beginning September 2025

Pay: Up to £530 per week

Hours: Monday–Friday, term-time only (32.5 hours per week)

Ideal for: Graduates with a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, or a related subject

In this role, you’ll provide tailored academic and emotional support for pupils who require additional help, working both on a 1-to-1 basis and with small groups. You’ll collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure every child has the chance to thrive in a supportive, inclusive classroom.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and small group support to pupils with additional needs

Assist teachers in delivering engaging, curriculum-based learning

Foster pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development

Use creative and adaptive strategies to maintain engagement in lessons and activities

Work closely with staff and external specialists, including SENCOs and educational psychologists
What We’re Looking For

A graduate with at least a 2:1 in Psychology, Education, or a related subject
