Thorn Baker Construction is looking for 4 experienced Roofing Carpenters or Joiners to join a busy refurbishment project in Banbury, Oxfordshire. Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair roofs, mainly loft trusses, rafters, and timber framing

  
  

• Read and interpret construction drawings and plans

  
  

• Work confidently with both hand and power tools

  
  

• Follow health and safety protocols, particularly when working at height

  
  

• Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Previous experience in roofing carpentry essential

    
    

  • CSCS card preferred but not essential

    
    

  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude

    
    

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
