Summary
Qualifications: NMC registration, Registered Nurse, evidence of ongoing professional development, evidence of competency in teaching and assessing Experience: Post registered experience, management and leadership training is desirable and orthopaedic/NOF experience is also desirable Knowledge and Awareness: up to date knowledge of current nursing issues, demonstration innovation in practice and an awareness of professional responsibilities Skills: Prioritise tasks, excellent clinical skills, ability to lead a team, motivate self and others and excellent organisational and communication skills
