Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ to 3 Years PQE) | Milton Keynes | Full Time | Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45 am to 5:15 pm | £33,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

They are seeking a compassionate and dedicated legal professional who is committed to helping people and empathetic to clients’ situations. Whether you’re a newly qualified Solicitor, or have up to three years PQE, or you are an experienced Legal Executive (with advocacy experience), who is passionate about client care and personal development, our client wants to hear from you.
Are you the right person for the job?
• Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE) or experienced Legal Executive
• Strong commitment to client care and empathy for clients’ situations
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and engage with training on case management systems
• Must be willing to commute to MK9 2HP 5 days per week
What will your role look like?
• Provide high-quality legal support and advice with empathy and professionalism
• Work collaboratively within the team to deliver excellent client service
• Manage case files effectively using the company case management system (training provided)
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
What can you expect in return?
• Competitive salary based on experience:
• o £33,000 - £35,000 (NQ)
• o £36,000 - £38,000 (1 year+ PQE)
• o £39,000 (2 years+ PQE)
• o £40,000 (3 years+ PQE)
• o Similar salary for experienced Legal Executives with advocacy experience
• 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Pension contribution after 3 months
• Primarily office-based, with the option to work from home up to one day per week
