Summary

Primarily responsible for attending to customer queries by phone and email whilst providing operational support in timely collection and despatch of Courier materials.

To communicate with existing and potential customers to understand their service needs and offer suitable solutions by explaining services offered by the company.

To communicate with Field staff and other service providers to ensure timely collections and deliveries.

General office work and updating the data in the office computer systems.
