Summary
We are currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a dynamic Primary school. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task
Provide support to departments and teaching staff as needed
Maintain a positive and focused learning environment
What we want:
Experience working with secondary-aged students (preferred)
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Confident, professional, and adaptable
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
This is a great stepping stone for those considering a career in education.
