Summary
Commercial Property Lawyer - Fee Share Role - Take home between 30-50% of fees.
No following required.
Full back office support dealing with admin and invoicing/credit control etc, freeing lawyers up to focus purely on fee earning work.
£100K +quite easily achievable and realistic for people even without followings who are just doing a normal full time week (without the need for excessive hours).
Higher end % splits for people who are able to bring or attract their own clients to the firm, with freedom to set your own fees.
Complete autonomy about how much or how little, when and where you work.
If you are an experienced Real Estate lawyer (8 years PQE + within a respected commercial firm) looking to work in a role with high earning potential where you truly take out what you put in and are rewarded accordingly for your effort and hours worked, whilst having complete autonomy and flexibility, then this opportunity is worth serious consideration.
