Summary
Morgan Hunt are recruiting for a 3 moth temporary Tenant Liaison Assistant role based in Moray to start as soon as possible. Within the role you will support tenant communications and ensure the smooth running of repairs. You will ensure that all repairs are monitored and that records are kept with regards to the repairs. You will also make regular contact with tenants throughout the repairs process.
To be considered for the role you must have:
- Excellent administration, organisation and communication skills
- Previous experience in an office role preferably maintenance/construction/repairs related
- The ability and previous experience in communicating professionally with tenants and complaint handling.
