Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Timesheet Administrator to join their fast-paced Operational Service Centre.

Job Description

This is a key role within the Operational Admin Team, supporting field teams, accounts and other departments to keep processes running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for managing timesheet administration with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring deadlines are met and colleagues receive the support they need.

Key Responsibilities

Process and validate engineers’ weekly timesheets using the Timesheet Portal
Accurately record and calculate overtime and standby pay for the monthly payroll
Collate and input data into reporting systems within required deadlines
Prepare and edit documents, correspondence and reports for internal and external use
Coordinate and manage group mailboxes, ensuring timely responses
Escalate issues and follow up on outstanding requests within SLA agreements
Maintain a flexible and proactive approach to changing work priorities

Professional and Personal Competencies / Qualifications

Experience meeting customer and business KPIs and SLAs
Ability to manage fluctuating workloads and ensure adequate team coverage
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
High accuracy, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Confident communicator with experience reporting data to clients and colleagues
Team-oriented, approachable and collaborative
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
