Summary
Clinical:1. To undertake nutritional assessment and calculate nutritionalrequirements of referred in-patients at Hillingdon Hospital NHS Trust,taking into account medical, social and cultural factors.2. To provide nutrition and dietary advice suitable for the patientsmedical, social and cultural factors which is evidence-based.3. To negotiate change with patients to enable them to achieve dietarytargets set.4.
