Summary
Plan and oversee daily front-of-house floor operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and coordinate floor staff, assigning duties and ensuring efficient workflow.
Liaise with customers to discuss requirements for special occasions and ensure these are met.
Work with the kitchen team to ensure the quality of meals and service meets required standards.
Ensure dining areas are clean, well-presented, and maintained in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
Monitor the use of front-of-house supplies to prevent wastage and maintain cost control.
