Summary
Undertake health assessments to assess, plan and implement and review care Deliver health promotion provision Support children and young people in need of safeguarding or in need Act a lead professional for children and young people needing Early Help Provide advice and guidance to parents/carers and professionals on a range of health and health related issues Support children and young people with continence and enuresis problems Be able to produce comprehensive reports and undertake analysis of risk Work with professionals from partnership agencies to provide localised support to children and young people
