Summary

Communicate verbally with clinical areas and Doctors surgeriesand the Portering supervisor and colleagues by phone and through written procedures, ensuring an effective exchange of information about Driving tasks and service needs Communicate on and off site with a range of clinical and non-clinical staff. Undertake Driving duties as required Drive vehicles on Trust business Identify and act upon any potential risks or hazards within the working environment Assist during a fire or a major incident Pro-actively support the continued improvement of the service Maintain and develop own competence for the role
