We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our HO team and play a key role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Generate new leads and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Negotiate terms of business and contracts with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with resourcing and delivery teams to ensure successful placement of candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions on the CRM system.

• Previous experience in recruitment sales, B2B sales, or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a competitive edge.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
