Summary

Are you passionate about clear communication and building strong relationships?



Join our Pensions Administration team as an Engagement Administrator and play a key role in delivering our Communications Strategy. You will help ensure Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) members and employers are informed, supported, and engaged.



What you will be doing:

Acting as the first point of contact for LGPS employers, offering expert guidance and support.

Monitoring employer performance and ensuring compliance with pension regulations.

Creating and delivering engaging communications such as newsletters, training materials, videos, website content, and more.

Organising and delivering training sessions and webinars.
Translate complex pension information into accessible, plain English.

Building strong working relationships with employers, HR teams, and payroll providers.

Staying up to date with LGPS regulations and wider pensions legislation.
