Do you hold a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related subject, and have a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs?

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Stafford is looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025. You’ll provide tailored one-to-one and small group support, helping children access learning and develop confidence, independence, and positive relationships. Working alongside experienced teachers and the school’s SENCO, you’ll adapt learning activities, implement individual strategies, and support inclusive classroom practice.

Your role will be central to helping these pupils feel safe, supported, and successful in school life.
