Warehouse Operative – Evening Shift (3PM–11PM)
Location: Aston, Birmingham
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Type: Full-Time
Rate: £12.21 - £12.50
We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Operative to join our evening team. The role is focused on unloading freight from stand trailers, organizing it in the warehouse, and occasionally locating items using a manifest sheet. We currently have a dedicated picking team in place, so this part of the role is minimal.
The most important thing? Showing up and being dependable. If you’re someone who gets the job done and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:-
Unload freight from trailers safely and efficiently

Organize freight within the warehouse in a logical, accessible manner

Assist with locating specific items from the manifest (as needed)

Work collaboratively with the warehouse team and communicate clearly

Maintain a clean and safe working environment
What We’re Looking For:-
Reliability is essential – if you turn up and put in the work, you’re already halfway there

Able to lift and move freight of various sizes (this is a physical job)

Good attention to detail when organizing and identifying items

Warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus, but not essential

Flexible and willing to pitch in where needed
