Summary
1. Responsible for effective communication with multi- professional team members/line manager.2. Report to supervisor any patient problems, issues regarding clinical management of patients.3. Communicate effectively, sensitively and appropriately with patients (and their carers) who may have a variety of medical, psychological and social needs re Physiotherapy input including those with impaired cognitive function i.e. stroke, deaf patients.4. This information may be sensitive or complex as may involve discussion regarding long term health and lifestyle changes. Tact and Diplomacy will be required.
