Summary
Please see job description for further details The GI fellow would be exposed to all aspects of gastrointestinal imaging including MR and CT small bowel imaging, MR proctography, CT colonography, hepatic and pancreatic imaging, contrast and endo-anal ultrasound, PET CT, as well as exposure to endoscopic imaging interpretation. The department performs interventional oncology treatments (ablation and TACE in particular) with associated diagnostic work-up and follow-up imaging. This is a diagnostic post and fellows will not have opportunities for intervention. There are specialist regional MDTs for upper and lower gastrointestinal tract malignancy, benign and malignant pancreas MDT, inflammatory bowel disease MDT, liver MDT, and neuro-endocrine MDT. No on-call requirement for this position
