North Yorkshire Citizens Advice & Law Centre is an independent charity providing free, confidential and impartial information and advice on a range of issues. We have 8 offices throughout North Yorkshire and help approximately 25,000 people every year. We are seeking an Advice Session Supervisor who will be responsible for providing support and supervision to staff and volunteers in our Harrogate office, as well as team members working remotely or at outreach settings. Occasional cover for our Skipton office will also be required.

The role involves managing the practicalities of advice sessions and supporting staff and volunteers to ensure we are consistently providing high quality advice. We are seeking someone who works well within a team and who has the ability to adapt the level of support to each individual whilst giving appropriate encouragement and challenging constructively when necessary.
