Summary

This is an exciting opportunity within the Apprenticeship Team supporting the compliant delivery of the University’s degree apprenticeship offer. This will be a varied and evolving role and you will work independently to ensure the University remains contractually compliant in its apprenticeship delivery.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Supporting with the compliant and auditable delivery of the University’s degree apprenticeship offer
- Ensuring that the apprenticeship data reflects actual activity and evidence is stored appropriately in preparation for audit
- Leading and managing data quality cycle for apprenticeship provision

The role will support the provision of an excellent, responsive service to internal and external stakeholders and will be required to adapt to changing business requirements.

About You

As Apprenticeship Officer, you will:
• Be experienced in apprenticeship compliance
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Have the ability to work with multi-disciplinary colleagues at all levels of the University and externally
• Hold in depth knowledge of DfE apprenticeship funding and performance management rules and methodology and in depth knowledge of the ILR and associated apprenticeship systems
• Experience of providing advice on and explaining complex administrative procedures
