Summary

Our client, a respected support and housing provider in West Yorkshire, is looking for dedicated and compassionate Recovery Support Workers to join their team on a temporary basis.
You will play a vital role in supporting individuals across the local area, delivering one-to-one and group-based support, and helping clients achieve their goals and aspirations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting individuals with mental health needs through recovery-focused plans.
- Delivering therapeutic groups, courses, and activities.
- Carrying a caseload of clients and working collaboratively with statutory and voluntary services.
- Encouraging and empowering clients to shape their own recovery journey.
- Facilitating planned move-on support and appropriate pathways.
- Contributing to the development of services through project work and co-production.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in mental health support
- Ability to build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Good understanding of evidence-based approaches to mental health and recovery.
- Skills in facilitating groups and developing support plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and anti-racism.
- A UK driving licence and access to a car
