The Best Connection is currently recruiting Cat B Drivers on an ad hoc basis for a well-established Hospitality and Catering events company. We're looking for reliable and professional individuals to join a friendly delivery team, supporting the smooth running of events across various locations. If you're passionate about delivering great customer service, enjoy driving, and are comfortable with some heavy lifting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Shift Details:
- Start Time: 08:00
- Finish Time: 17:30
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Duration: ad hoc basis
Job Overview of Cat B Driver:
- Deliver Catering equipment to various events.
- You'll work alongside a drivers mate to assist with unloading - manual handling involved.
- Routes will cover various locations starting from Guildford in Surrey
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily vehicle checks (pre- and post-operation) ensuring safety and compliance.
- Follow a set delivery schedule, liaising with dispatch for efficient routing.
- Ensure all deliveries are made professionally and safely, adhering to company and industry standards.
Requirements of Cat B Driver:
- Valid Category B Licence
- Must be able to heavy lift
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and progress within the role.
- Able to be flexible with shifts
