Summary


We have been providing high quality training, coaching and consultancy for 20 years. We serve members across England and also deliver a range of improvement networks. We provide a diverse range of services across six key workstreams. We tailor all of our membership solutions to meet the exact needs of our members. We currently have over 100 member organisations, including NHS trusts, ICBSs and CSUs.
• Obtaining quote information from suppliers and using this information to accurately raise requisitions.
• Maintain a conceptual and operational understanding of the Trust’s Purchase Order and Accounts Payable system.
• Daily support in the management of a central invoices mailbox, ensuring that all e-mails are triaged and actioned appropriately.
• Check payables invoices to ensure they are accurate with a responsibility of raising queries with suppliers when corrections are required and ensuring queries are followed through to completion.
• Obtaining the relevant information from proposals in order to accurately create pro-forma documents to help support the raising of a purchase order.
• Sending chasers to ensure the that a purchase order is received on time
