Job Requirements:
Driven and entrepreneurial professional with a solid background in digital marketing and media, gained through experience at a leading 4A agency
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills across writing and presenting
Quick to understand complex challenges and adept at delivering proactive, effective solutions
Specialist in crafting digital strategies for social and media platforms across both Chinese and Western markets
Well-versed in agency workflows, with a strategic approach to resource planning and team bandwidth optimization—balancing fairness with efficiency
Proven leadership in team management, with a focus on mentoring emerging talent and fostering growth within the agency.
Job Responsibilities:
Take ownership of managing high-value client relationships to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
Act as the primary point of contact, proactively addressing client needs, aligning deliverables with expectations, and fostering long-term trust.
Monitor account performance, resolve issues swiftly, and consistently deliver value to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Play a pivotal role in driving agency growth by supporting and leading strategic new business pitches.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals that showcase the agency’s capabilities and creative vision.
Represent the agency in external engagements to elevate its profile, build industry connections, and identify opportunities for expansion into new markets or sectors.
