ROSSENDALE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to a 46 year-old man with autism.
We are looking for a caring, proactive and motivated individual with a passion for supporting others, ideally someone who enjoys music, as the employer is a musician, with a strong interest in music. Someone willing to support him to access the community to socialise. Ideally, this person will be reliable, flexible, encouraging and patient. Knowledge of autism is desirable; however, there is training available. A positive attitude and good work ethic is also essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full, clean license is required with insurance for work purposes.
This is a part time position for between 4-6 hours per week with an hourly rate of £14.00, 5.6 weeks paid annual leave, and workplace pension scheme. Hours to be worked flexibly.
