The Opportunity

Lancaster University are looking for a dynamic, efficient, and motivated individual to become their Global Mobility Advisor. This is an exciting role which is key to the development of the Global Mobility function across the University and its international partnerships. This role will manage the day-to-day operations as well as supporting the wider transformation activity.

The successful candidate:

  • Will have previous experience in payroll and /or Global Mobility.
  • Experience working in a Higher Education HR environment is beneficial.
  • Can apply critical thinking and ability to understand and interpret technical compliance advice.
  • Will be organised, motivated and able to create, develop and embed efficient processes.
  • Can work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members.

In return the University provides a competitive annual salary, generous annual leave allowance of 25 days, plus 6 closure days (to be taken over Christmas and Easter) and Bank Holidays.
