What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a highly effective and impactful HLTA with good curriculum knowledge, who has high expectations for all pupils and a passion for supporting children’s learning. Applicants should be confidant to work across the school from Nursery to Year 6. We value those who have a strong team ethos and are also self-motivated to develop themselves alongside the children. Taking an interest in the children and their lives at home is an important part of the work we do, and our HLTAs are vital in building these relationships. Team work is very important to us so effective communication and the ability to build positive relationships with all children, their families and colleagues is essential.

Varied professional development and career opportunities will be available. The permanent candidate will receive training to become a qualified first aider.
