Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Brackenhill Primary is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed member of staff to join our motivated and highly professional team, working in partnership with the current Learning Mentor to further develop the mentoring work in school.
The successful candidate will:
• Actively support the ethos, educational vision, policies and direction of the school.
• Have high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour.
• Be enthusiastic and flexible and have a sense of humour.
• Be creative and able to motivate all children
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be able to work under their own initiative
• A minimum of two years’ experience of working with children
• Willingness to undertake first aid training and fire marshal training
