Join PPHE as our People Technology Manager, where you'll lead the evolution of our people systems, drive strategic initiatives, and empower teams through smart, scalable solutions. Your Impact: As a key partner to the Director of People & HR Technology, you'll shape and deliver our people tech strategy. You will lead full-cycle system projects, from RFP to implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimisation as well as manage and mentor a team of People Technology Specialists. Key Responsibilities: Project & Change Management
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement people management systems.
- Drive change management strategies to ensure high user engagement and successful adoption.
- Manage project resources and budgets, aligning with business priorities.
- Work closely with key stakeholders from HR to Finance to understand their needs and deliver relevant solutions.
- Advises the business leadership on people management systems
- Configure and maintain systems, including workflows, security, testing, and updates.
- Support user testing and work with the team to drive user adoption.
- Troubleshoot issues, recommend improvements, and ensure data integrity.
- Develop user friendly procedures & guidelines
- Ensure training is provided and available
- Advocate for user experience in system design and functionality.
- Collaborate with the Data & Automation team to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Proactively seeks to make continuous process and systems improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and support contract negotiations.
- Maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports with accurate, consistent data.
- Ensure data governance and audit processes are in place and effective.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of People Technology Specialists.
- Foster strong relationships across departments and with external partners.
- Communicates effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and service providers (via written correspondence, phone and face to face)
- Builds positive partnerships with key providers.
- Support the Director in streamlining HR Shared Services Centre (HRSC) operations.
- Ensure HRSC teams can manage day-to-day system administration and first-line support effectively.
- Experience in Dayforce system
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for data, systems, and continuous improvement
- Experience leading teams and driving adoption of new technologies
