The Role: High Down School wishes to appoint an Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone to support with the administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school. You will act as the initial point of contact for pupils, parents, carers and visitors so we are looking for an excellent communicator that is highly organised and able to face challenges with a positive attitude.
The successful candidate will have: Experience gained through time employed in a similar role Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and oral) Good level of ICT skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage priorities effectively Excellent attention to detail

Post-holders will be required to work 23 hours per week, term time only to include 2 INSET days. The hours of work are: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday – 10.00 - 14.30 Wednesday – 10.00 - 15.00
