Summary
The roles and resonsiblities for this role include: Responsible for coordinating the activities of the quality, safety and experience team ensuring that the following meetings (not exhaustive) are scheduled at agreed intervals through the year. Responsible for taking minutes or notes as required. Responsible for coordinating and drafting information as directed by the team. Responsible for managing the risk management system and ensuring it is used and updated by colleagues across the organisation. Responsible for tracking and reminding action owners across the organisation as it relates to the risk register, complaints, incidents, SIs, action plans for the team.
