Summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd are seeking a passionate and motivated Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established nursery in Kenilworth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified practitioner looking for a flexible and rewarding role in early years education.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum Level 3 qualification, however we are also open to Level 2 practitioners who are committed to progressing towards Level 3.

Hours Available:

• Full-time contract available

  
  

• Part-time option: 20 hours per week during school holidays, and 3–4 days per week during term time

  
  Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver stimulating activities that support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.

    
    

  • Observe, monitor, and assess children’s progress, keeping accurate records to share with parents and carers.

    
    

  • Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children, staff, and families.

    
    

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain the highest standards of care and education.

    
    

  • Support children’s emotional, physical, and social development through positive interactions and play.

    
    

  • Follow all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times.

    
    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (essential)

      
      

    • Level 2 qualified applicants considered if willing to complete Level 3

      
      

    • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
