You will be supporting the service manager in making decisions of the day to day running of the centre and taking on a management role.Key Responsibilities:You will be central to achieving positive outcomes for clients and have operational responsibility for service delivery within specific areas of responsibility. You will ensure that programmes you co-ordinate contribute to the overall service by achieving both internal and contractual Key Performance Indicators and by working with the Service Manager and support staff, ensure they are high quality and cost effective. There are line management responsibilities for specified frontline workers.
