About the Role
As a Bar Person, you’ll craft high-quality cocktails, serve a range of beverages, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your expertise will shine in a fast-paced, elegant environment where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits
-Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
-Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
-Handle cash and card transactions accurately
-Collaborate with the wider hospitality team to deliver seamless service
-Adhere to health, safety, and licensing regulations
What We’re Looking For
-Proven experience as a Bar Person in a high-end bar, restaurant, or hotel setting
-Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage trends
-Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
-Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Relevant qualifications (e.g., food hygiene or alcohol service certifications) are a plus
