Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to support pupils in a nurturing and inspiring secondary school? A welcoming school in the DE23 area is seeking a confident HLTA to join their team on a long-term basis.

Role Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
- Providing 1:1 and small group interventions.
- Supporting behaviour and engagement in class.
- Covering classes to ensure continuity of learning.
- Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to meet individual needs.
What We're Looking For:
- HLTA qualification (or equivalent secondary experience).
- Confident supporting KS3/KS4 pupils.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Adaptable, resilient, and committed to pupil growth.
