We are now seeking anBEMS Manager to join our team ati2020 Belfast
What you’ll do:
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on BEMS and energy management systems
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and contractors in planned, preventative, and reactive BEMS maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve BEMS faults, including remote fixes and alarm management
- Identify and resolve HVAC performance issues via BEMS or reactive work orders
- Respond to Helpdesk requests and escalate issues requiring capital investment
- Develop and implement control strategies to maximise efficiency and reliability
- Drive software and hardware upgrades to minimise disruption and risk
- Analyse utility data, produce reports, and support sustainability goals
What you bring:
- Extensive experience managing and operating building controls and BEMS (ideally Schneider, Trend IQ Vision, Cylon)
- Level 4 qualification (or higher) in Electrical/Building Services Engineering, Maintenance, Controls, or equivalent
- Experience using energy metering and energy management systems
- Proficiency in MS Office, plus advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Strong ability to interpret large data sets and produce technical reports
- Desirable
- BCIA Technical or Advanced Technical Certificates
- Experience in government services or large estates
- Membership of a professional body (e.g. CIBSE)
