Summary
Are you passionate about making a difference for children, young people, and care leavers?
FordHaven is looking for a passionate Team Member to join us in supporting our SEN Youth Club, Home-Ed sessions, Holiday Clubs, and our brand-new Care Leavers service. You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering fun, inclusive sessions supporting children and young people to thrive, and helping us keep everything running smoothly and safely.
Fixed-term, 12 months (with possible extension)
Salary: £6318 per annum - £13.50 per hour
Part-time - 9 hours per week
✅ Experience working with children and young people, including those with SEND
✅ Experience supporting care leavers or vulnerable young people
✅ Organised, proactive, and a strong communicator
✅ Committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and positive outcomes
