Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 Early Years | Outstanding Nursery | Up to £30,000
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner to join their warm and growing team in an Outstanding Ofsted-rated nursery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified early years practitioner who is passionate about supporting children’s development in a nurturing and inspiring environment.
What We’re Looking For
- A recognised Level 3 qualification in childcare or early years (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in an early years setting, with a solid understanding of child development.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
- Strong communication skills and a caring, approachable nature.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and show initiative.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and up-to-date paediatric first aid desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, child-centred activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment both indoors and outdoors.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
- Contribute to the nursery’s outstanding reputation by promoting best practice and teamwork.
